Migration Studios is a boutique luxury architecture and design-build firm based in Boise, Idaho. Principal Cam Minor, AIA holds dual licensure as both a registered architect and Idaho general contractor — a rare combination that allows the firm to deliver either full design-build or comprehensive architectural services alongside your chosen contractor. We serve clients in the Treasure Valley, Wood River Valley, McCall, and select national projects, at project values typically ranging from $2M to $10M.

What's the difference between your two service paths?
Architect-led design-build means one firm holds both design and construction — no handoff. Full-service architecture means we design and administer the project while you work with your own contractor. Both paths get the same level of principal attention.
Do you work with clients who already have a builder?
Yes. A significant portion of our work is architecture-only, where we design and administer the project alongside a client's existing contractor relationship.
Do you serve Eagle, McCall, and Sun Valley?
We actively serve the Treasure Valley (Boise, Eagle, Garden City), the Wood River Valley (Ketchum, Sun Valley), and McCall. Select national projects also considered.
